1. Who we are

Folhetim is a communications agency for premium and luxury brands, based in São Paulo, SP (R. Prof. Atílio Innocenti, 165, Vila Nova Conceição, postcode 04538-000). This website is run by Folhetim Marketing Ltda.

2. Data we collect

We collect personal data only when you give it to us voluntarily through our contact form:

  • Name
  • E-mail
  • Company / brand
  • Phone (WhatsApp)
  • Role
  • The company's annual revenue band
  • How the marketing team is set up (in-house, external agency or none)
  • What the brand needs now (message)

The revenue band and the team set-up let us come to the conversation knowing which way of working makes sense, and are used for nothing else. The form also sends where your visit came from, so we know how you found us: any campaign parameters in the URL, the site you came from and the first page you opened here. These three items stay in your browser for up to 30 days and leave it only if you submit the form. If you tell us what you asked an AI before arriving, that is sent too.

3. How we use your data

The data we collect is used only to:

  • Reply to your enquiry
  • Assess whether your brand and our services are a good fit
  • Send relevant information about our services, if you have agreed to receive it

We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and analytics tools to understand how visitors use the site:

  • Google Analytics 4, to analyse traffic and browsing behaviour
  • Meta Pixel, to measure how advertising campaigns perform

Google Analytics measures use of the site in aggregate. The Meta Pixel records page visits and form submissions and may link them to your Meta account, to measure and target advertising. You can block these cookies in your browser settings or in your Meta ad preferences.

5. Your rights (LGPD)

Under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law 13.709/2018), you have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Correct incomplete or out-of-date data
  • Ask for your data to be deleted
